One Minute Installer

1. Download and unpack the LEMA-Server bundle and the LEMA-Client.
2. Start the server: ./server/bin/startup.sh. Check the file ./server/logs/lema.log if lema started correctly.
3. Startup the Client.
4. Start the example-client: java -jar ./client/example-simple.jar
